IMPORTANT: Reference to “The Company” in these terms relate to both AAB People Consulting Limited and SeeHearSpeakUp Ltd in accordance with our present contractual agreements.
We are an independent reporting service that that will act impartially to any matter that you raise that you believe violates your organisations policies and codes of conduct.
Matters that you raise will assist your organisation in its corporate duty to prevent unlawful, unethical, or corrupt practices in your workplace.
You can raise reports anonymously. We will only share your personal information with those appointed in your organisation to investigate your report where you have provided consent to do so.
After submitting your report, you will be provided with a unique personal identification reference in order to allow you to follow up, seek feedback or add additional information to your existing report.
Information Collected
Our Company, pursuant to an agreement with its clients, provides a website to collect from employees wishing to report information. This information includes but is not limited to allegations of misconduct, questionable business practices, violations of the company's code of conduct or other events and behaviour which may result in harm, injury or liability.
Unless you request otherwise, all data provided by you, including your name and contact details, will be passed to your associated organisation or employer.
Under the General Data Protection Regulations, we act as the data processor and your associated organisation or employer acts as the data controller. If you want any further information regarding our Privacy policy please click here.
China - For users of these services based in China, in compliance with local laws your Personal Data will be transferred outside of China upon your express consent. Please note that by submitting your report on our website or via our telephone services you are providing your consent to transfer your personal information.
Accuracy of Information
We do not vouch for, nor authenticate the reliability of information collected. We are not responsible for investigating or resolving the issues or concerns provided in a report. The associated organisation or employer for which the information has been collected has the sole responsibility to evaluate the information and to comply with all local laws pertaining to the investigation and protection of such information, as well as the protection of all rights of any person or persons accused of any wrongdoing. Submitting false or misleading information may lead to criminal and civil prosecution.
Anonymity
If you wish for the company and/or your associated organisation or employer to contact you directly, you may provide your name and other contact information. To protect your anonymity, please be careful not to include personally-identifying information. However, although you elect to remain anonymous, your identity may become known during an investigation of the information submitted.
Cookies
Cookies are small bits of information a Web site sends to your computer while you are viewing that site. Maintaining the security of your information is of great concern to us. We have taken security steps to protect your information. All information is submitted over a secure socket layer (SSL) using an encrypted connection to protect it.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that under no circumstances shall we or our affiliated companies be liable to any user on account of that user's use or misuse of and reliance on this service. Such limitation of liability shall apply to prevent recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages. Such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from use or misuse of and reliance on the service, from inability to use the service, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of the service.
Under no circumstances shall we or our affiliated companies be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of god, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, or non-performance of third parties.
